Mihil Developed Land
Our own subdivisions come with internal roads laid, boundaries pegged, and mains water and electricity brought to the plot boundary. Each block is sold with an individual deed and its own survey plan, so there is no waiting on a partition after you buy.
Mihil Built Houses
A small number of houses each year, built on our own land to a fixed specification. You see the plans, the material schedule and the completion date before you commit.
